Submission Form
(February 13th - March 30th )

The Festival is open to
persons aged 12-19.

1. Films must be no longer than five minutes.
   

2. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must have a separate form.
   

3. Group projects are encouraged.
   The person who submits the film must be someone who worked on the project,
   or an authorized representative of the project.
   

4. The deadline for form submissions is March 30th, at 11:59 PM, Newfoundland time.
